I was at my max reaching 275 pounds. With a simple daily routine I reached a 140 pounds.

As a 61-year-old woman who is 5 feet 5 inches tall, I never thought I would be able to enjoy outdoor activities again.

My husband and I retired and moved from Ottawa to Victoria, BC.

My new area had so many outdoor activities that includes hiking  and cycling.

I struggled with my appearance, feeling ashamed and unable to leave the house.

After hearing about a Simple Daily Routine from a woman at the doctor's office, I decided to give it a try.

Last week I went back to Ottawa.

My friends and family were asking me about my transformation and I was so excited to share the opportunity that brought such joy back into my life.

The joy of walking with my grandchildren without pain is amazing.

I wish I could thank the woman who I met at the doctor's office for changing my life.
